The Peyrano brand is currently directed by Giorgio and Bruna Peyrano, who are assisted by their grandchildren, Anna and Giovanni. The main factory is still located in Corso Moncalieri, Turin, where the founder started the business over 100 years ago. Pastry is also produced in Turin, in the C.so Vittorio Emanuele II laboratory, the historical site of Pfatisch. Nowadays, the total production capacity is around 100 tons of chocolate per year, divided into 60 kinds of chocolates, in addition to historical Giandujotti, bars with different cocoa percentages and fruit jellies.
